Present Simple: Get Speaking!

This worksheet is aimed at getting beginner students to speak. It starts off with a grammar review to remind or introduce them to the common uses of present simple, after which students read a dialogue and answer some comprehension questions. Finally, students should work in pairs or groups and take turns to pick a card and answer the questions on the card. Depending on how high your students’ level is, encourage them to ask additional questions and expand on each card as much as they can!
