Making Appointments on the Phone

This worksheet looks at both telephone language and appointment-making language. The students will learn useful phrases, listen to 3 different phone calls, and finally role-play calling a doctors office to make an appointment. This worksheet will work well with any class that needs to practice phone language and making appointments, but will also be useful for classes that need practice with spelling out names or exchanging information in general.
