How to Make Applying for Jobs Less Painful

This lesson will give your students plenty of opportunities to speak. The lesson is about applying for jobs and interviews. Students will discuss their experiences in the interview process.

After learning about multimeasure tests (aptitude tests that are used in job interviews) students will get to take part in their own quick and interactive multimeasure test. The TEDTalk then elaborates on the test and gives more information about the benefits of multimeasure test.

The class comes to a close with students sharing their thoughts on the video, lesson and what they think is the future of interviews. For homework the students are invited to go to a website and take their own multimeasure test and report back on their findings.
