This is a B1 level grammar worksheet about causative verbs such as “make”, “have”, and “get.” πŸ” The worksheet focuses on what a core aspect of English that is often overlooked in ESL classrooms, using common verbs as causative verbs. Students will then read a general explanation of causative verbs and practice using “have” as a way of saying “I am paying someone else to do something for me.” πŸ’΅ Next, they will read of “get” and “make” as causative verbs, and then try to restructure some questions using causative verbs, and then ask a partner the questions they have made. πŸ“šπŸ”„πŸ‘₯

Finally, the students will read a story about a boy and his father and complete the story using the causative verbs they have learned. πŸ“–βœοΈ
