This B2 level worksheet looks at different management and leadership styles. The worksheet contains management dilemmas in which the students must choose the best course of action, a listening segment in which students will listen to a team leader deal with a difficult team member, and a role play scenario at the end of the worksheet. This worksheet will be useful for anybody in a leadership role, but should also be interesting and relevant to anybody looking to improve their business English.
