Business English 24: Emails

This is the twenty-fourth part of a series of worksheets for A2 – B1 students who want to focus on business English. In this part of the series, students will learn about effective email communication in the workplace. They will discuss the importance of email communication, the frequency of checking emails, and the difference between formal and informal emails. They will also explore common phrases used to open and close emails, as well as vocabulary related to email requests and deadlines. The lesson includes gap-fill exercises, matching activities, and a reading comprehension task. Students will also have the opportunity to practice writing a formal email in a real-life scenario. The aim of this lesson is to enhance students’ email writing skills and their understanding of the appropriate tone and language used in business emails.
