This B1+ ESL lesson plan gets students talking about the changing world of work, from remote and hybrid working to AI, workplace culture and employee expectations. Students design their ideal workplace, explore different perspectives on AI at work, and look at how companies such as Amazon are rethinking traditional meetings.
Along the way, students practise gerunds and infinitives in a meaningful workplace context, with listening, reading, discussion and writing activities.
