Housing Markets around the World
This is a C1 video-based worksheet about housing markets around the world. Students will discuss housing markets in general, read about the housing markets in 3 different countries, and watch a video about Hong Kong, the most expensive housing market in the world. The final exercise is an optional homework exercise in which students must visit a website, research the housing market in their country of choice, and make a presentation on what they found in the next lesson. This worksheet will work well with any high level business class, but will be particularly appropriate for any students whose occupation is connected with real estate.
