This is an advanced level worksheet about crisis management and crisis in the workplace. Students will follow the story of a car company which finds out their cars have faulty brakes by reading an email and listening to audio. Students also discuss crisis management in general, learn many useful phrases and idioms, and read through some hypothetical crises and make tough decisions with their classmates. This worksheet includes speaking, reading, and listening elements. It will be useful for any high level business English class, but particularly useful for anyone who works in a management role.
